- Complex LaTeX formatting: $25/page for heavy math, algorithms, custom environments, large tables, and BibTeX cleanup.
- Reference cleanup: starts at $75 for duplicate removal, missing metadata, DOI consistency, and publisher-style alignment.
- Thesis and dissertation work: custom quote based on chapter count, front matter, bibliography structure, and university requirements.
After file review, we email an invoice. Work begins only after invoice payment, and delivery follows the agreed turnaround time.
What pushes a project into the Complex tier?
Standard formatting applies to papers that use a standard journal class file and contain mostly text, figures, and basic tables. You move into the Complex tier when your paper has three or more custom theorem-like environments, more than five multi-page or landscape tables, extensive algorithmic or pseudocode listings, or more than 200 equations requiring manual alignment beyond the journal's default math environment.
Reference cleanup as a standalone service
You don't need a full formatting project to fix your bibliography. Reference cleanup starts at $75 and covers duplicate removal, author name normalization, DOI consistency, journal abbreviation matching, and alignment with the publisher's required .bst or CSL style. Many clients use this service the week before submission when their .bib file has grown through multiple draft cycles.
Dissertation and thesis formatting
University formatting requirements vary widely. We provide a custom quote after reviewing your university's style guide, front matter checklist, and chapter structure. Typical turnaround is 10-14 business days for a standard 200-page dissertation, with rush delivery available for defense deadlines.

Submit your source files through our manuscript submission form. We review the files and send a fixed quote before work begins — no hidden fees, no surprise charges. Payment is by invoice, and we do not begin formatting until the invoice is paid.
